Privacy Policy

Jedd Social (“we”, “us”) is a multi-platform social-publishing tool. This page summarises what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is stored. We will update this page as the product evolves; meaningful changes are noted at the top.

What we collect

• Account information — email address and any display name you provide for your Jedd Social account.
• Connected social accounts — access tokens for third-party platforms you choose to connect (Bluesky, Threads, LinkedIn, etc.). Tokens are stored encrypted.
• Posts and media you create — content you draft, schedule, or publish through Jedd Social, including any images you upload.
• Click metrics for short links — when someone visits a jedd.social/s/<slug>link we created, we record an aggregate click count. We do not record individual visitors' IP addresses or fingerprints.

Why we collect it

Solely to operate the product: store your drafts, deliver your posts to the platforms you've connected, and surface basic analytics back to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it lives

Account data and post records are stored in Supabase (Postgres). Media files are stored on Bunny.net's CDN. Access tokens for connected social accounts are stored in Supabase Vault. The application is hosted on Vercel.

Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party platform (e.g. Threads, LinkedIn) we receive only the permissions you grant during their OAuth flow. Disconnecting a platform from Jedd Social revokes our token and stops further posting on your behalf — you can also revoke access directly from that platform's account settings.

Deletion and access requests

You can delete your Jedd Social workspace at any time from settings, which removes all associated drafts, scheduled posts, and stored tokens. For data-access or further-deletion requests, email tony@laughtons.org.
